Six weeks isn't long in the realms of treatment of these diseases if they are chronic, unfortunately. And while I agree that pharma abx therapy isn't for everyone, simply because the symptoms started quickly is not what decides who can use pharma abx and who can't. What actually decides this is the person who lives in that body, and how well the abx are tolerated. I was one that did not tolerate pharma abx, so I used herbs and healed once (but got reinfected).
Before adding in any more meds, I suggest you take a look at this. I used a very good medication interaction checker and you should use one yourself to check these meds - and please, do not add in another one:

www.oocities.org/hotsprings/oasis/6455/western-blot.txt You can go there to find supporting Pubmed articles showing what these bands represent.
An IgM result means that you have an active infection. It once was thought to mean an 'early' infection, but has since been revised. IgG means that the infection is at a later stage.
The more +'s you have beside a number, the stronger the reaction.
IND means indeterminate - not negative, but not quite strong enough to be "fully positive". But it means that you reacted on those bands and should be considered, especially when they are Lyme specific bands.
A "Lyme specific band" means specific for Borrelia Burgdorferi, sensu stricto - Lyme disease in the strictest sense. There is only
one on the over 300 known strains of Lyme that is considered Bb, ss. Nothing else will turn a Lyme specific band positive other than Lyme disease.
It only take one Lyme specific band to prove that you have Lyme - to a knowledgeable doctor. It's this last bit (a knowledgeable doctor) that is the most important.
Bands 18 & 41 (whether in IgM or IgG) are indicative of the tail of the bacteria, which can cross react with other Spirochetal bacteria such as Relapsing Fever, Pintas and Yaws, and Syphilis.
Honestly, if I was in that situation, I'd find another doctor, but you may be able to talk to them and have one listen, if you wish to pursue this with one of them that will recognize that you have Lyme as well as the other infections that need to be treated.
It's possible that with more detoxing, you will see some relief of symptoms, but personally, I would be more concerned in the fact that you are using medicines together that can lead to very dangerous conditions and that you aren't making any progress under their care - and they want you to add in more drugs that will not only just mask symptoms, but will only add to this dangerous situation.
