Well then, congratulations are in order!!!
Congratulations on eating healthier and getting real nutrients into your body!
Don't forget to drink plenty of water to help keep you hydrated and to help flush toxins from your system.
If you are not currently battling Candida or other yeast/fungal issues, the apple shouldn't be too bad, although the Granny Smith apples have lower sugar content (in general), so I would encourage you to stick to them. I'll eat a Granny Smith apple with peanut butter on days that I just can't bring myself to eat other 'breakfast foods'.
Do watch the sugar content of the fruits you are using for smoothies though. Blueberries and blackberries have lower sugar, if I remember correctly. Berries in general have lower sugar content than other fruit though.
