How paleo?
Was 100% for two months, .....actually more, zero grains of any kind and zero milk products (whole30/paleo)..
Have added a little rice since.
Kiefir is not paleo, but I bought non dairy, non soy, GF , non-GMO brand....its anti-everything LOL
note: sought out paleo BB sauce and salad dressing to- no dairy , no added sugar, no chemicals ect either, hard to find!
The pregnant cow hormones cannot be removed from real milk no matter what you do- its for calves, not humans, sorry milk lovers- its not good for us and can cause autoimmune symptoms. Guess I'll find out if my AI gets better, not totally sold on that theory.
I drink non sweetened almond milk, a brand with more basic ingredients, some brands look like a science project.
All this non-this, non-that food is getting more popular, thus getting for affordable. But still, the "best" non-this not-that, grew up with in best pasture beef is out of my price range, so I skip it in steak form.
