Azithromycin +cloroquine +doxyciline

Hello i hope you guys are well i have a question imagen seeing a doctor that Is some what of familiar with lyme and co-infections he gave me cloroquine plus azithromycin i feel the herx but also my lyme symptoms are flaring yo so i called him and he told me tomo take doxyciline but un concern to put that un my mix what do you guys think about this

I put the three of them in the Drug Interaction checker I use and the long QT syndrome risk is increased with zithro and chloroquine together.
I know that even azithromycin alone has that risk...so not sure if I would want to combine two meds together that increase the risk.

No pertinent experience with chloroquine.
Dr. L. in NY and Dr. DeS. in NJ use azithromycin for Bartonella. I certainly had a wicked Bartonella herx (neuropsychiatric symptom flare) on it.
Dr. DeS. in NJ and many other LLMDs use Doxycycline for Lyme since it tends to be well–tolerated and the patient begins feeling better almost immediately. That's because it forces borrelia into cyst form. So...
