I think avoiding GMs all together will help, because better eating will promote better health and a better immune system. And of course, working towards increasing immune function should be primary and killing the bugs should be secondary. I think this the the only way. Because if we become too focused on killing this bug today and the other one tomorrow and yet another the day after, we win the battles but we will lose the war. Why from all people only about 12000 have this disease? There must have been a contributing factor or something else.
OR IS IT POSSIBLE that many of us have it and are asymptomatic ? We have to learn how to leave symbiotically with the bugs and the environment. If our immune system would be strong, we wouldn't get sick from these diseases. So for me, the focus is the immune system, not this bug and that bug. I think this is the only way to win the war.
I agree. The genie cant be put back in the bottle and no one would be stepping forward anytime soon to say I am sorry, we made a mistake so you got a disease.
So absolutely stay healthy. Keep the focus on visualizing yourself well. Nutritional food is the best medicine. Supplements are expensive and 90% of them aren't worth buying.
I prefer supplementing with vegetable powders from multiple vegetables to get my mineral supplements rather than take mineral supplements made from 'rocks'. Combine these with resistant starches and you build good flora. Many oral probiotics supplements often do not form colonies.
I believe you are correct, many are infected, but asymptomatic. Their immune system keeps the populations in check. We are ecosystems, and there is no getting around this.
Sickness often manifests when something else lowers the immune system. This is why mold is such a huge trigger.
A stressful event can be a trigger that sends us spiraling downhill.
We need to find early detection methods that are cheap, easy, and accurate. For this we have to think outside of the box.
I tell my family who are mostly asymptomatic that they must keep positive thoughts. Don't get stressed, don't let anyone trigger you. You are in control of what you choose to get angry about
!
I don't recommend early treatment with antibiotics for my wife because she has a strong immune system. Why do anything to lower it? Minimal drugs for her.
She has used short courses of antihelminitcs, two broad spectrum (Ivermectin and Mebendazole) as a preventative short courses proactively and one anti amoeba med for an actual symptom (3 days Nitazoxanide for a discoloration on the tongue) and she responded very well.
I took a different approach for myself as my immune system broke down. I got smacked, and eventually succumbed to antibiotics.
I could have pursued ozone injections for my back and herbs for my body. I am willing to accept full responsibility for my actions. I will choose not to regret my choices but rather focus on the possibilities.
I hope to one day be off the antibiotics and then use the Bravo suppositories to supercharge my flora, but they are too expensive to use while on antibiotics.
They are chilling in my fridge like a bottle of champagne for that special occasion. I see myself winning and healing.
There is no other outcome that I will accept other than healing. But even I need encouragement some days as it is so easy to think negative. But you can redirect your thoughts. I hear it only takes 17 seconds of positive thought so I use NLP tricks and triggers to get me back there.
For the rest of us who are ill, it could always be worse. I was worse before than I am today, much worse. Panicking is not helpful. Becoming aware is a step towards being proactive. Acceptance is an important step to addressing the problem.
I believe we need to arm ourselves with as much knowledge as possible. This is a great place to do so, because there are some very smart people here who have taught me a lot. I love to bounce thoughts and ideas off of you all.
We need to be our own saviors. Who is going to care as much about
you as you? No one knows your body like you do. If we learn to listen it will tell us what is happening.
All that said it would be nice, idealist if you will, to find out the truth about
why there are so many recent emerging infections.
