Breakout of painful cysts on neck and ears and major jaw pain

I have a bunch (over a dozen) of pimples and cysts all over the back of my neck and around my ears. Some actually in my lobes. some hurt and some don't. Some can pop and some stay deep beneath the skin. The reason for visiting the boards is the tmj pain on my right side. I made an appointments with my llmd but I wanted to ask if anyone experienced the same? Are the cysts and tmj pain related you think? Oh and sinuses are glared at the moment. Thanks as always

It could be bartonella if it is something you are dealing with. I have had hard bumps come up and my LLND explained that this was common with bartonella. She said when she studied under Dr H she saw patients with dozens of bumps, usually closer to bone. I get them on my forearms and head, they are hard and painful to the touch. From my understanding these are colonies that form and are encysted.
