The other thing...is I'm still improving. I had plateaued until I changed my Rifampin dosing from 300 twice to 600 once daily. It flared up a few symptoms...and a couple of them resolved since.

...and the last several days I've had a decrease in my pulsatile tinnitus (it's only noticeable when I go to bed...and my ear is on the pillow)

One night ...it was completely gone...

Too soon to tell what this Mepron combo will do...only been on it for two weeks (just finished my M-F daily dosing) and now have a week off.

Girlie what is pulsatile tinnitus lol!

Is that when you put your pillow on your ear lying down? Haha funny you describe it that way. I used to call it ear flutters.

That symptom is bartonella. Well in my experience that is.

Instead of ringing in the ears - it's a pulsing - I now only feel it when my ear is on the pillow - it's a pulsing, swooshing in time with my heartbeat.

A few years ago it was much worse - I would stand up and feel the pulsing - not only when I laid down with my ear on the pillow.

It could be Bart or Babs I think. Could be part of the Dysautonmia maybe? ( which can be Babs)
