I tried to write this clearly. I had to rewrite it several times. I am not sure it is clearly written. It is time I just post it. I will answer anything that is unclear.....

Chicken Arise has anything specific helped you?
Attempting to be specific and chronologically accurate:
Nascent Iodine resolved a painful epididymal cyst in my testicle which I now suspect was a mold spore. Of the molds that I inhaled, Alternaria was clearly visible. I've read cases where dogs testicles have swollen from exposure.
Three months of slow incremental dosing to 15mg has cleared bran fog, reduced cluster headache frequency and size, restored energy, and has rejuvenated my thyroid. I recently took a few week break from it and have just now returned on a 3mg maintenance dose.
Terbinafine was initially used when I thought this was simple ringworm accompanied by an Alternaria infection of the left eye. It would later become evident that it was much more.
It attacked a fungal infection in a muscle behind the left eye. My guess by the sheer size of the tingling sensation would be the superior rectus to and including the optic nerve.
From the start I appeared to have very few isolated spots of tinea versicolor on arms and something resembling disseminated Sporotrichosis yet differs in clinical presentation.
Dissemination begins with few subcutaneous nodules which still appear from time to time taking weeks to resolve.
Unlike S.schenckii there is no suppuration in the forearms and these do not progress to pustules nor gummata in the arms.
There appears to be a hematogenous spread from these hard yet painless nodules in the forearm to soft painless swells in nearby lymph nodes.
Itraconazole helped clear the slow progressing 'film' that was forming on the cornea of the left eye when I was initially infected.
After this first course I saw an ophthalmologist who stain tested the eyes for fungal infection and completed a thorough examination with a slit lamp. I believe at the time there was still candida which he some how missed.
I should have seen him before the Itraconazole but the timing just worked out this way. There was some, what I assume to permanent damage, to the ciliary muscle in my left eye as it is not able to focus as accurately as it did before.
I still tested 20/20 but could barely make out the blurry letters with my left eye, so I estimate between 5-10% damage. The doc tested my good eye first by having me read the chart on the wall. He should have tested the bad one first as memory recall likely aided me in the test.
Doxy use would later prove his diagnosis of allergies as incorrect.
I will be attempting the Bates method to restore the ciliary muscle and improve my foucs.
I discovered Fluconazole had better penetration in the eye and that it was over the counter here. It cleared all skin rash and resolved the floaters. The problem of a stationary foreign object on the cornea resolved and I was ecstatic.
I thought I was cured after 6 months of continuous daily use.
Combining this with Nystatin pulsing helped kill the excess yeast in the gut (herx city). Combining it with Doxy pulsing restored the sclera from red to white rather rapidly.
A subsequent cycle of Nystatin caused small macular leisons to appear on the skin by the navel so I suspect hyphae may have permeated the intestinal wall.
Oil pulling with ozonated Coconut Oil and xylitol quickly and effectively arrested and cleared a dental implant infection that was beginning to hurt.
Ivermectin helped stop the mad upper body itch short term until I had been back on Fluconazole long enough to manage the condition without the need for Ivermectin. 5 cycles of Ivermectin I believe has helped remove some nematode(s) in the GI tract.
Colloidal silver drops in the ear remove any irritation within days and for weeks at a time.
I began experiencing lung pain which at the time I thought was Aspergilosis.
I went back on Itraconazole for 28 days. It had been 2 years from the first time I used it.
Then in January I got the scalp sores which eventually scabbed, rash by ears, followed by a large area of sores inside the left cheek. What ever was affecting my scalp also got into the hair follicles on my face causing itch.
about
this time I believed I had mites crawling all over my scalp, face, and ears. It made little sense to me that I was affected and not my wife.
I cut out all sugar (no carbs, breads, or starches). I figured if it were mites it wouldnt make a difference but what if it wasnt?
The fact that this sensation rapidly resolved told me it was likely yeast or bacterial folliculitus that was causing the sensation and not mites.
In similar fashion to S.schenckii (Sporotrichosis) there have been areas of folliculitis in scalp and facial hair. Pores and skin fluoresce in UV light. Florescence also occurs in the back of the throat confined between the tonsil walls and in pupils.
I am experimenting with several solutions in attempt to find what works best. I use the UV light to gauge how these things are working. Tea tree oil soap as well as sulfur soaps have lessened the areas which fluoresce.
28 days of Itraconazole at 200mg should have helped S.schenckii or Aspergilosis but no improvement.
A friend recommended Clarithromycin (Biaxin) for the lung pain and this helped greatly and although I am still battling this infection, it is better 95 percent of the time. The pain far less frequent with reduced intensity.
Coconut oil when applied to the skin has caused me stinging sensations on my feet but I see nothing unusual when this has occurred.
Far Infrared Sauna has helped clear much of the grains of sand and a few unknown arthropod like creatures. I found it difficult to believe the latter.
I recently massaged my feet and legs in the sauna and more ejected.
It may be collembola but I dont know. I have no idea how this got so deep into the muscle tissue but my legs and feet became sore shortly after mold infection and remain tender to this day.
Recently have my eyes began to itch ever so slightly even while on several antibiotics as well as a second longer 14 day course of Mebendazole which I am currently on.
Antibacterial ointment wiped on the outside of the eye and lashes three times a day has helped but this is a very minor irritation compared to how bad the eyes once were.
I noticed when attempting to stop the Tinidazole (herx) 500mg bid after the first week that lung pain had returned but I do not know if this was at all related. I may gain some additional insight when I reach the end of this two week pulse.
I would like to increase the dose to 1000 mg bid on the next cycle.
I am considering a second cycle of Nitazoxanide at the end of the Tinidazol. (not sure I will do this)
I believe Morgellons sufferers have one or more uncommon dimorphic fungi which have disseminated throughout the body.
These take yeast form on skin and in hair follicles the growth of which may be one of the things that cause the tingling and/or crawling sensations.
I will occasionally use Ivermectin if I get a crawl or tingling feeling. These are now few and far between. Usually just a single dose of 6mg. will suffice. I only need this once every couple weeks or so.
Prayer and meditation helps lead me to the information I need and keeps me sane.
I would appreciate anyone's assessment to any portion of what I have experienced.
I am trying to gain as much understanding and insight as possible and appreciate the candor.
I am about
my 10th day of Diethylcarbamazine and stabilized oxygen drops so the jury is still out on these being helpful.
