Also bone broth and collagen/gelatin from Great Lakes is a good thing to add everywhere - it's very easy to digest. MCT oil (aka coconut oil) is very calorie dense and absorbed quickly.
That's said when the inflammation is up and immune system is active it tends to drive the appetite down.
So try to not stress about
it, eat proper, watch your vitamins and minerals, keep an eye on toxicity, detox and get proper amount of rest (meditation is a good thing too).
