Is it Bartonella rash?

Hello guys, I'm fighting some health problems, which are similar to Lyme symptoms (fatigue, muscle pain,urologic problems but urethra swabs negative and urine is also clear, staffy nose and sometimes ear pain and ear ringing, two years lasting pain in my throat but swabs were negative, upperbody sweating a lot for 4 years, three years ago I had a facial palsy that lasted for a few days). I've had this in my armpit area about threetimes but it was lasting only for 2-3 days and then it disappeared

Yes - It does look like a bart rash.
and you have the symptoms to go with lyme/bart infection.

..and these rashes can come and go..they do with me.

You will want to find a LLMD to treat you. A 'regular' Dr. won't treat you long enough, or with the correct dosages of antibiotics.
