My Activated charcoal is in capsules

So the probiotics need to be taken a couple hours away from the antibiotics...because the antibiotics will just kill off the probiotics .

So if he takes the antibiotics at 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., he can take the probiotics at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

The charcoal also need to be taken away from everything because it grabs everything in the stomach and ushers it out.

So good idea to take the charcoal later...so he could take the charcoal at 9:00 p.m. with lots of water (it can be constipating if he doesn't drink a lot of water - so minimum 1 full glass..even 2 glasses)

He can take the Milk thistle with one of his meals.

You can start out with just foot baths for the epsom salts...fill a bucket of warm water...and put in a cup of epsom salts.

Hope that makes sense? Schedule could look something like this:

7:00 antibiotics (minocycline and rifampin for example)
8:00 eat (if he has stomach issues..then he might have to eat food with the antibiotics.

9:00 probiotics

12:00 lunch, Milk Thistle (he could also take probiotics with lunch if the 10:00 time doesn't work)

5:00 antibiotics (mino/rifampin)
6:00 dinner
7:00 probiotics

9:00 charcoal with one full glass of water.

You can play around with the schedule...if those times aren't good (if he gets up later than 7:00 a.m....just adjust)

Only one minocycline (100mg) a day to start.

Has he had blood work done - to test for b12 and vitamin d?
Will he be able to have CBC, liver and kidney function tests done periodically while he's on antibiotics?

Does he sleep well?

Does he eat healthy?
