It appears I just bumped up to a new healing level, well, as far as strength gains with out pain. I felt stuck for the last two months. Not only was this more weight moved since the late 1990's, but it was done very comfortably. Minimal uneven muscle tension and only one day of rest in between. That was IMPOSSIBLE before with half the weight in the last decade, and I'd "lock up" with MS like tightness for a week after.
I think the topical magnesium cream from CALM seems to help actual muscle healing, not just feels good, it really seems to do something. I loosen my past knotted areas (if present, they melt away in under 1 minute now), then apply the mag cream all before the workout. With this, the muscles have full ranger of motion, which allows for EVEN left to right contraction and.......proper symmetrical healing. I mix up 20 grams of plant based non soy, non dairy, gluten free protein before working out in the PM and then again the following morning. NO stomach upset with this protein powder type, no gas at all. Milk based and "Whey" protein sucks big time!
One thing I've learned when "rebuilding" a completely ms like stiff body is you cant do it if you hurt (must repeat manual muscle release, trigger point ect - (my other past posts), and you need to address the body in parts before you work out every thing together - in order to know what area if causing the issues. If you had a bad reaction from a whole handful of new supplements, which ones did it? - same deal.
Out of all the PT type people I've met in all these years, NONE of them know what I've learned on my own. NONE. I realize there are very few with my past ms like ridged muscle symptoms, but wish I could be of some help to them, since they most likely wont find it from the medical community. From 2006-2010 I could not walk 1/4 mile with out limping in pain. Almost every morning getting out of bed was painfull, not sore/achy, but pain.
What Conventional Drs said:
-"fibromyalgia"
-"stiff person syndrome" , you can goggle it LOL
-"delayed onset muscle soreness" , as if thats like being handicap? -I think NOT
-"your getting old"- I am 50 now, not back then though!
-"you athletically abuse your body and will have permanent muscle pain forever" -wrong
-"your fine, its just in your head" ect.
Ive had my share of decades of motorcycle and bicycle racing injuries but nothing major, and would always get repetitive motion injuries from the simplest things. Nothing healed right, no matter what I tried in the past. Oddly, soft tissue got ropy, lumpy, ridged, crackly, noisy and weak. Even though I looked somewhat "ripped" on the outside, my insides were deteriorating, pain everyday.
My LLMD said give it a year after ABX and eat healthy, cut out all the crap..........I just passed the two year point a bit ago.
I still have more body work to do, and dont get why I still have some fatigue, that said, I'll sleep great tonight. My new C4a was awesome, and one thyroid antibody normalized after 15 years, but the stuborn CD57 only improved a little.
