Muscle Pain later on in treatment

Hi, I have had a somewhat new symptom pop up and it's becoming more and more painful. My left upper arm muscles started hurting after I started abx treatment. It's been over a year and a half and the muscle pain is getting worse.

It's intermittent and moves all over my arm and sometimes into my right arm. Now my entire left arm aches and it's going up into the left side of my neck. My lymph nodes aren't swollen. But the muscle pain is not present all the time, some days I experience no muscle pain.

I've been off of abx for about 3 months because they were bothering my stomach. But I do take supplements and am using a rife machine. I also follow a pretty solid detox program.

Is this a Lyme or co-infection thing? Nothing really takes the pain away so it's really starting to interfere with my daily activities. My LLMD isn't much help.

Has anyone else had this? Did you find a solution to calm it done or get rid of it?

Thanks Julymorning, I am taking Japanese Knotweed, Red Root, plus I make a smoothie with Tumeric, Ginger, and Pineapple or if I'm in a hurry just Tumeric capsules. I tried the Chronic Tonic from Misty Meadows but for some reason it really bothered my stomach. But I may give it another try.

It could be from the rife machine. I had the muscle pain on and off ever since I started treating for Lyme with abx which has been about a year and a half. I started the Rife about 5 or 6 months ago and it was the same unitl the last month. Now it's getting worse.

I'm not sure if everyone will see this, but I hope so. Well, my upper left arm continued to hurt. as well as my neck. The pain in my neck got really bad.

Last week I was up most nights because of the pain and my medical marijuana was not even helping. Then on Friday, the pain was gone when I woke up but fired really bad once I started moving around. We had our house appraised so I was making the bed and pulled the sheet and my upper left arm was throbbing off the scale in pain.

I rubbed my essential oils on it and walked out into the kitchen where my husband noticed that on my neck where the pain was really bad was a huge red rash with a hole in the middle. It was the first time I used the essential oils and did not put it on my neck. The funny thing is that my neck stopped hurting. My upper left arm still hurt really bad.

Do you think it's shingles? It's so weird. I would post the picture but my brain is too tired to figure it out.

No more like a sore opened up. It's a very tiny hole and it doesn't look like anything is seeping out of it. Sorry, if it's too much tmi. The red spot is very dry and scaly but doesn't itch or hurt. Very strange. The red spot is oblong and is about 2 inches long and an inch wide. I just don't know what to think of it. It is starting to look less angry.

On the upside, I am glad my neck stopped hurting. If it happens on my upper left arm I would be thrilled, the pain is really wearing on me.

Shingles rash is a bunch of little blisters, not one single one, if that's what you meant?

Traveler, I dropped my phone in the tub last week and apparently blew out transferring pictures. (which sucks. I also have to use speaker phone but I guess it could have been worse.)

Anyway, our neighbor is a retired Internist and my husband walked over and showed him my pictures and explained my symptoms. He thought it looked like shingles and sounded like shingles. I had headaches, nausea, intermittent stabbing pain and muscle aches. I also started getting a week before the rash, these numb patches on my lower check which went away once the rash came. Which all feel like Lyme too. When my husband told him that I have had this for quite awhile, he said he had patients present with the same thing that sometimes would be a month or two before they got the rash. The only thing is that I did not get the blisters breaking and oozing or the itching. I kept putting CBD oil on it so maybe that helped keep that from happening.

Now I'm getting stabbing pain in my arm so maybe a rash will pop out and the pain will be gone. I'm not sure if I should be glad it's shingles or not. Not much I can do about it anyway.

Mystery solved, maybe. Thanks for your interest. I appreciate it. Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I slept all day on Sunday, up for four hours then back to sleep until noon today. It felt great since I hadn't slept more than 3 hours for the prior three nights.
