if you like. Co-infections are generally recognized with a clinical evaluation that involves potential exposure, symptom history, response to antimicrobials.
My best recommendation is to first learn everything you can about
the primary confections and the typical symptoms they cause. Then I would do an evaluation on your particular sx and try to discover what might be present. Here's a start:
