Thought this looked good...stevia strawberry lemonade 🍋

Stevia Sweetened Strawberry Lemonade
Yield: about 8 servings

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs chilled strawberries, hulled
8 cups cold water
1 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 - 3 Tbsp Wholesome Organic Stevia, to taste*
Plenty of ice
Directions

Add strawberries to a food processor and pulse until smooth, while stopping and scraping down sides occasionally, about 1 - 2 minutes. In a large pitcher stir together strawberry puree, water, lemon juice and stevia. Add ice or pour over individual glasses with ice. Garnish with lemon wedges and sliced strawberries.
*If using packets, this is about 30 - 36 packets of the Wholesome Stevia.

I'm thinking i could substitute the Xylitol I have in place of Stevia?

Instead of using 8 cups cold water, I'm going to substitute Jack Daniels. I'll let you know how it turns-out. Next Thursday. When I wake-up.

Absolutely! All are welcome!

While I don't really drink, there are some days when I think maybe a belt of something might take the edge off things. But, I have some obsessive tendencies, so I stick with water or tea.

All Lyme and no play makes Dude a dull boy.

Xylitol tastes better to me than Stevia, especially in larger amounts. But it has a laxative effect, in fact on my bag of Xylitol it recommends prudence in using it in large amounts of beverages.

HEY DUDE! You put RUM in fruit drinks. You put Jack in a clean glass.

I suspect that Ol Blue Eyes has heard worse!
