All good information and ways to look at all this.
The headaches are bad, but seeing improvements is good. And at least they do not happen at work or when I am with my kids. Funny how with this the perception of blessings change
.
I detox with lemon water each day, dry skin brushing each day, exercise (but much wimpier than I used to), even getting body warmer with hot showers and going outside in heat walking around. Been trying activated charcoal, but it does not make me feel better, as many people have said. feel much worse.
Japanese Knotweed is in the Rawls mix, and I do try children's Benadryl, as Laker and PeteZa mentioned. I just try to limit it, but it does help me sleep when no headahce happens.
With the headaches has come some daytime dizziness. Not severe, but it is there. So I can tell something has changed. Most of all, a lot of the anxiety and depression seems to be going, though hand tingling and some feet are there.
I have read tingling and headaches are often the last to go, as mentioned.
Good news is night before last I watched "The Caine Mutiny" from 3:30-5:30 a.m. Great movie. And last night a bad episode of "Walker Texas Ranger." Then again, they're all so bad they are good.
PeteZa - I realized, years later, headaches were also the first sign for me waaay back in 2002. So you saw symptoms slowly leave off and on before feeling as you do now? I can tell you as bad as the headaches seem, I can take them in place of the severe anxiety/depresion anytime.
