I am still unsure of what treatments to do for my chronic Lyme. I have been to rife machine 3 times and after 90 minutes last time, had a terrible reaction which lasted over a week. This is my question-- how many detox methods should I use together. If I do epsom salt baths with peroxide, should I also do alka seltzer gold with lemon, infrared sauna etc. can one do too much detoxing.. this is all just so confusing and scary...
Some tell me if I do antibiotics, I will get worse and have seizures, some say go very slow so herxing doesn't occur, others say, if no herxing occurs, I won't get well..
Also, can anyone recommend a medical grade infrared sauna?
Thanks so much and blessings to all
You will want to start with only a couple detox methods, then every few days, you can add in another...and work up to multiple methods daily.
Here's a list of some methods:
- Drink minimum 8 glasses of water daily.
- Add fresh lemon juice to some of your water
- Take something for liver support.
- Take probiotics for gut health.
- Take Epsom salt baths.
- Dry brush your skin prior to baths.
- Take Nutramedix Pinella and Burbur
- Take a binder (Activated charcoal for example)

tireddoflyne detoxWhile Seizures can occur, they are not common for most people with Lyme disease.
Most, but not all people do herx during treatment...but effective detoxing and also cutting back or stopping the treatment temporarily can reduce the herxes.
I can't comment on the sauna - as that's not something I use.
