Okay, so after spending like a crapload of money on seeing doctors who don't even recognize the presence of Lyme Disease in Hong Kong, and cannot give me an explanation as to why I felt like shiiite in the previous month apart from pure stress which I found hilarioous (and actually even worse with insomnia, joint heat and cracks, dizziness, brain fog and a whole pile of others in the following days), I have decided to treat myself without doc's diagnosis. Anyhow I shall either go broke seeing useless docs and doing useless checkups (as in the case of Lyme, you never know when there will be a positive result but maybe decades later), or die from wrong doses (either too much or too little) of antibiotics, so I choose the latter.
FYI I remember clearly a EM-alike rash and flu-like symptoms back in last mid-September, so probably now about
9 months have already passed.
Browsing through the boards and chats here I come up with a treatment plan for myself. I think I shall go with Minocycline 100mg daily from Monday to Friday, as well as Tinidazole 500mg daily for Saturday and Suday for the first week, and then step up to Mino 200mg daily from Mon to Fri, as well as Tini 500mg daily for Saturday and Sunday (no change in dosage for Tini) for the subsequent weeks. I shall do this continuous for, say, 6 months (I guess?) before switching to Biaxin and Plaquenil for some more 3 to 6 months, so the whole process would last 9 months to a year long (probably end in mid-June 2018).
At the same time I am taking GNC Ultra 100 billion CFUs Probiotic Complex every other day together with my abx intake. Every day starting from the morning I shall drink lemon water (a piece of lemon only in water), and foot soak every night for 15 minutes as well as exercising (jogging and occasionally, swimming) during weekends (which I am normally too lazy to do so).
So now, questions:
1. Do you think that my abx stepping up initiative and dosage / intake / duration is enough? Do I need to add in more, or say, pulse them (and/or in a different way)?
2. Do you think that my detoxing methods are good enough? What other natural methods (beside buying herbs and crap 'cause there are no ways you can get those weirds herbs in Hong Kong, even Chinese medicinal herbs need to be prescribed by doctors) would you suggest / recommend?
3. And for the diet part I am confused, so basically I cannot eat starch, laxative, sugar, gluten and... anything more? But like in Chinese meals rice is a must for everyday and every meal so it is actually impossible to stay away from that lol (I can consider rice vermicelli in the morning though). And no spaghetti, bread, cakes, sweets, snacks, ice-cream, miso-soup, congee, spicy food, fried chicken, cereal and... for god sake it seems like there is nothing I can eat. I think I shall die from malnutrition rather than Lyme itself and its debiliating symptoms lol
