Ok, thank you. The pharmacist said it is really supplements I need to worry about
for iron, rather than food with some iron in it - and he said the applesauce might actually have more iron than the bagel! :S Anyway, he said not to worry too much about
it.
Now, the only problem is that the gravol is making me fall asleep!!! Not sure how I will be able to go back to work if I fall asleep at my desk for 3-4 hours/day... I am going to try to lower the gravol back to 50 mg tonight (instead of 100 mg), and see if the medicine still stays down. If not, I guess I have to go back to my doctor on Tuesday to get a prescript
ion for something else that won't make me so sleepy.
