My problem with food - worse when I was working and traveling all the time - was not being able to carry 3+ meals around with me all the time, every day. Most of the time, I'd have at least two meals "out" a day - sometimes for an entire week.

This is the problem I will be facing in 3 weeks when I (hopefully) go back to work. Any suggestions for the least evil of fast food options? I used to eat 1 mickey d's double cheeseburger every day partly due to both price and convenience. Taking a lunch with me isn't really a good option. I work outside so whatever ambient temperature is so am I. Plus where I keep my stuff is commonly over 100°f in the summer. And what about
bread? I have been avoiding it but when I go back I don't know. My work day is 10 to 12 hours Monday through Friday fast paced and physical. I'm not going to be able to eat like I have been recently. I admit i had the worst diet ever (8 or more fast food meals per week, no veggies, no water just Dr Pepper and gatorade) but can a couple of handfuls of corn chips every now and then really be that bad? I honestly don't know. This whole eating healthy thing is new to me. Any suggestions?
