How long have you had symptoms?
Is the Ceftin being added to the doxy...or are you switching?
For pain, it can help if you employ regular detoxing methods. Multiple methods on a daily basis. The pain can be worsened by the build up of toxins entering our blood stream...causing inflammation.
Some people find Curcumin helps with pain.
...and magnesium for muscle pain.
Sleep: Melatonin, L-Theanine, Valerian are a few to try.
Is your NP Lyme Literate?

You will want to start detoxing - if you're not already doing so.
Start with drinking minimum 8 glasses of water daily.
Make sure you're taking probiotics daily.
And...take something for liver support (eg Milk Thistle)
Those are musts.
