There's a doctor in McLean, VA that takes certain BC/BS plans. Depending upon where you are in MD it may be too far, but if you're interested in more info please feel free to email me.

Yes- the Dr in Mclean VA takes BC/BS, but only PPO plans. I went to her initially thinking she took insurance, but mine is BC/BS HMO, go figure. Her fees are lower than most though, and she is pretty thorough.
