How Do I Interpret These Results

I finally got a copy of my blood work and here is what it says.........


Lyme Disease Antibody Total: 0.57

Elisa screen negative for total (IgG+IgM) antibodies to Borrelia, the causative agent of Lyme Disease.

Why would it say negative to Lyme if I am posting some numbers. Obviously its in my system right?

I asked the same question a while back. Someone pointed out this post by a LLMD about the Elisa. He thinks the bar for a "positive" result was set too high:

What's the reference range listed on the test, Mike?

the reference range is < 0.91

In that case, you have to remember that these are some of the worst tests to use, honestly. The CDC has dictated that we must test positive by ELISA/IFA before we can get a WB, but the ELISA and IFA testing has some of the worst sensitivity.

You have the symptoms, so your body just isn't able to produce enough antibodies to the test to produce a positive result. It's not that you don't have the infection(s).

Yes testing is wonderful. Lol. Yesterday, I found out there is nothing wrong with me...

Exactly, PK, there is all kinds of dysfunction going on in our bodies, and yet testing doesn't reveal issues quite often.

I've recently changed docs for my daughter. He ran unusual sets of new labs, which I've never heard of. Here are some of the "off" results, all others were very good. Can anyone comment on these, esp Western Blot #41, which is the only one which showed up so far.
Western Blot IgG41 came back positive, High histamine determination, high CMV IgG, high ceruloplasmin, high copper, high trans growth factor beta 1,high absolute lymphs, and high absolute monocytes, and a series of HLA DRB1, DRB345.
