I keep telling myself that and then I go to the gym and get too excited. I think limiting the number of exercises is a good idea. Maybe too much neutrotoxin is released from exercise, should I add a toxin binder to my protocol? Charcoal?
A binder is definitely a good addition to your detox protocol.
Charcoal.. or powdered bentonite clay - a couple examples... some people like food-grade Diatomaceous earth.
Make sure you take it a couple hours away from food, supplements, medications - it flushes everything in the stomach out with it
I like to have a two hour buffer before taking the binder and after.
