So last month roughly same time I started feeling crappy,tired,achy then upon some advice I detoxed hard felt really good for almost 3 weeks now starting to feel crappy again could there be something connected to same time each month herx or flare.My meds and herbs are same any input is helpful thanks

Not sure, but is there any kind of increase in stress at that time of month at work, home etc.

I don't remember from your other posts, but are you treating any of the co infections?

I believe one of them babs or bart can cycle every 4 to 5 weeks.

I had that happen for a while, every 5 weeks an increase or show of more symptoms.

This will bump you up , hopefully more responses coming your way.

It could be the cycle of lyme - 3-4 weeks.

Are you continuing to detox, even after you start to feel better?

guilty when I feel better I do not detox as much

It actually means both. It also could be that you just need that much more detoxing too. I would encourage you to just keep your detoxing up at that level that helps you feel the best you can.

Even if I detox could this come 1 a month because its not like im not doing some stuff,lemon water,lipsomal gluth.,3 Epson baths a week and like I said real good then for that 1 week not so good ill add in advil and it does help with pain,its just baffling to me and wondering if it happens to other people

Staying consistent with your detoxing should help ease this routine that your body is in right now. You said that when you are feeling better, you allow your detoxing to slide a bit - this is NOT admonishment (just to be sure that it's not misunderstood!), just reality. If you keep your detoxing more consistent, it's very possible that you will avoid the more serious increase in symptoms that you have been experiencing lately.
