i only use a hand mixer (is that the name in English), that I wash only with water immediately after juicing. It takes less than a minute to wash it like that!
The best juicer is the juicer that you use: I heard that in Ty Bollinger's cancer series, and I think he's right: if it's too hard to wash, you'll rarely use it.
So I use this hand mixer like this: if you are too tired, just take frozen fruits (like blueberries, strawberries, even frozen veggies), or bananas (easy to peel), put in a high jar, add water and mix them.
I use frozen acai pulp, I find it delicious. Or frozen mango in pieces (if you have no candida, because it's pretty sweet). The juice after is delicious, in my opinion.
Like that I usually juice once a day without problems.
Now if you have to juice fresh veggies, I would recommend just buying already washed lettuce leaves,
open the package, and juice it with the hand mixer! Add a banana for the taste.
Another juice I love is avocado (I add honey though), but it takes a bit longer than simple frozen fruits or lettuce in a bag.
One very easy veggie is carrot! Just wash and take off the two corners, you don't even need to peel it if you buy the smallest ones. Add again a banana, and it won't be bitter.
