Full Moon is coming soon

For those affected by the full moon, it is on its way. Prepare accordingly.

How I prepare is: get enough sleep, drink enough water, no sugar, no alcohol, no heavy carbs, might as well do without gluten, avoid allergens (flowers, scents) and NO drama!!!

I still will feel the moon and it started yesterday for me. I just felt a little off. I feel like I might be getting an ailment. So this morning I check the moon schedule and sure as heck, here is the culprit of my not feeling top dollar.

I feel for those of you affected.

I don't understand this moon thing, but I see people talking about it many places. It sounds really odd to me. Are you sure it's the moon and not that your symptom frequency accidentally coincides with the full moon?

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but it just seems so strange. I cannot understand why the way the sun shines on the moon at any particular moment can affect symptoms. But when a lot of people talks about it there must be something to it.

I have been affected by the moon phases for as long as I can remember. When I had lyme, way more affected.

Hoping you feel good this time around and work through it. So many things impact in so many different ways.

Stool tests are an absolute joke. I've had 4 of them. I've even had helminth antibodies taken. No way to prove that I had parasites. Just take Ivermectin, and you'll know pretty quickly from the die off. That stuff almost exclusively kills worms. I took it for an entire month straight to kill off any that would hatch during the lunar cycles. I feel my immune system is fighting MUCH harder to the lyme now, although I'm still struggling with lyme symptoms. I definitely peeled back a layer with the parasite treatment.

PeteZa, I know this post is old but stool tests are notoriously false negatives and even the blood tests for things like giardia are false negatives. I disbelieved after an old time farm vet diagnosed them (and even let me look in the microscope and told me to compare to poster of parasite eggs on his wall) after next consulting w/ ID doc laughing that it was very difficult to get one, etc. ID doc was totally wrong on parasites and Lyme. Parasite testing is essentially as bad as testing for Lyme (if not worse really). I would guess the cause of most chronic diseases in the western world involve heavy parasite infestation. :-( I don't know if it's total greed of modern medicine preventing accurate testing or even just basic clinical diagnosis of parasite overload symptoms. Other countries sell the anti-parasitic drugs over the counter (like albendazole) for $3/pill whereas in the US, it's a prescription (which the docs will say you don't need b/c the testing is so horrible) for over $200/pill. Makes you wonder if greed is the cause, total arrogance of medicine/culture that we're so advanced we don't have parasites or there's something worse going on...
