I am betting you are working on concrete floors and that is hard on knees to begin with. Good shoes that are not broken down is important.
Now if you add lyme into this, yep, lyme can make joints achy.
I have bad knees from way before lyme. Lyme made them a lot worse. I was taking 3 Advil at least 2 times a day. I was so worried about
my liver that I asked for something else. My doc gave me Voltaren Gel. It is applied topically. A lot less gets to my liver but this method bypasses my stomach.
Maybe this will work for you???? It isn't as great as ibuprofen, but it sure can take the edge off.
I wouldn't go to an arthritis doctor. If you have lyme this achy joint stuff is normal. Mine sure improved with treatment.
Gosh, I forgot about
ice. What a wonderful thing ice is. After work ice your joints. It is the best anti-inflammation remedy. No ice directly on the skin, so you don't ice burn yourself. And only on for about
20 max. Then let you knees rest awhile before you ice again.
