Tinidazole question, please help!

I have a problem which I have no answer to, please help if you can.

I have been diagnosed with lyme disease in 2014 march with lyme disease and confections: bartonella, chlamydia, mycoplasma pn. and viruses: EBV , coxackie, herpes viruses.I was extremely sick.I did a 9 month long treatment with Abx. (extreme herxes at the beginning), always had Flagyl or Tini pulsed in each scheme, also did HBOT for 6 days , got to 85-95%, thought it meant being healed, followed up with herbals and relapsed may 2015 quite suddenly.

Restarted treatment with approx. same schemes, tolerated very badly.Stopped treatment after 5 months for a month, cd57 went down to 15, researched here, started per an LLMD that I visited only once doxicycline at 100 mg(finally reached 400mg), Azitro 500 mg 3x/week, artemisin.Per HW forum discovered MCAD symptoms in myself, did MCAD treatment in parallel(omeprazole, ketotifen, claritine, xanax) and had herxes and subsequent got better.Got to my LLMD which I also visit now, who added different herbs, antivirals, Meyer cocktail, supplement and cd57 went up to 59, accordingly I felt better being able to take care of family, work, do pilates and even go on holiday.I felt well during and after treatment for approx. 9 months with mild herxes(which now I see was not good!).Stopped treatment in july 2016(because of treatment for reactivated EBV), relapsed end of september 2017.

Restarted treatment and had extreme herxes, being unfunctional for a long while except work and taking care of my daughter.Changed Abx., herxed, got a little better.Because of herpangina, streptococcus in throat, staphilococus in nose now am dealing with following treatment:
Cefuroxim 2x500mg/day
Minocycline 150 mg/day(have to go up to 200mg)
Rifa 300 mg/day(started it before throat problem, LLMD thought we should keep it and get up after throat treatment)
Antivirals+Takuna+propolis tincture+Colostrum.
Getting info from a scheme from another LLMD who has very high remission rate(does not treat viruses, extremely bad bedside manner, difficult communication) I saw Tinidazole in it.So, started Tinidazole at 500 mg Sat., Sun., for two weeks.Hexes seem to build up every week, last Monday-Thursday morning, every Thursday night, Friday seems to be better, then Tini hits again.

How the herxes look like:week, weepy-crying, head pressure(just this weekend), brain fog, zombie feeling, irritable, see non existent colours on my skin(red/green), image tends to whoosh away, floor looks like sliding- have to jump in an armchair.

Have telephone appointment with current LLMD in one week, but she is against Tini, I will still try to ask about it(am an MD so can buy Abx. for myself, no problem ).

Questions:
1.do you think I have a high load of cysts after not treating with appropriate cyst busters for such a long time, hence the herxes.So, should I build up with Tini and stand the herx as much as possible, or relapse awaits me around the corner again?
2.I take Burbur Pinella daily and propolis tincture-can I have a disulfiram type reaction to them?Please tell about your experience.

nice for answering.She says artemisin is enough for cyst forms, which I doubt now.

I only take NAC and a proteolytic enzyme for biofilms, but will ask for Rechtsregulat which seems a good one.

I am very afraid now to put anything new in.

I'm wondering if you should just do the Tinidazole every other week....for two days.

You can always go back to every week...after awhile.

Could you explain your reaction to the Pinella and Bubur and propolis?

Do all three cause the reaction?

my wife has a very hard time with flagyl and tinidazole. they just do a 'number' on her no matter what she tries to control the consequence of taking it. less dosage is helpful but doesn't stop the suffering.

unfortunately there isn't other alternatives in the antibiotic realm if flagyl or tinidazole isn't working for you.

burbur pinella and other methods to detox don't work the same for everyone. heck there's only two things that really work when i get a bad herx that's Jernigan Neuro Antitox and a good run where I sweat a lot. That's it.

Also wanted to add that Grapefruit Seed Extract is a good cyst buster. You can also buy it as a tincture, so you have more control of the dose.
