Hello,
another method that I practice.
Abx. with breakfast at 9.30-10
Detox stuff (chlorella, Ala, Nac Milk thistle) at 13. 30 after lunch
AC at 15.30
Dinner at 18.00.
Detox stuff at 20. 30.
Biscuit/fruit at 22.00 and Abx.
I drink 2 glasses of water with lemmon with 4 tb. of AC , if not I get constipated and worse.
Some people wake up at night, but still have to drink the water!
