Severe fatigue now?

Had this awful fatigue before but it went away but after 2.5 weeks of treatment it's back?not sure what gives here

Did you start anything new?

any increases in abx or herbs?

How long was it gone for?

It can come come and go. Are you getting enough rest and sleep? Also have you made any changes in your treatment?

Nothing new added. Have noticed even more twitching. Perhaps herx.
