Need a good source for Lyme Band interpretation

Hi all,

Will cut to the chase with my question.

In the near future i have a court case where i have to prove i am not fit for work, part of it is also proving i have Lyme disease, i have Igenex IND results for band 39 and 41 IGM.

I am wondering if someone can give me a source such as a book or link to an article from a LLMD who quotes that band 39 is a Lyme band along with 41 being a spiro', i specifically need a quote that puts this across so i can print it off and use it in court. Without an actual source i would just be printing off paper with words.

Obviously the Igenex report you get with the results isn't very good as you have to have so many bands before the Lab consider you positive, that is another reason why i badly need a source quotation of some sort.

Depending on which bands you're focusing on, here are a few more sources:

I think your best bet is to include
a) an explanation of what "IND" really implies; and
b) an explanation as to why band 39 is "Lyme-specific" (edited - I incorrectly referenced something)

Just wanted to thank you all for the links provided, i used Dr Burrascano's ebook and Dr Schallers' article for quotes. I included a reference to the importance of IND results as suggested along with bands which are specific for the infection as well as what band 41 means and what the +s mean as well.

I also added a bit about why ELISA tests are unreliable (thought it was a good idea at the time) especially in late chronic Lyme, i thought this would be good to include as in my country they use ELISA tests which have been useless.

I am sure this will help in court a great deal. I appreciate it.

Hi jay is this for a disability (STD/LTD) type claim? do you have an attorney?

Insurance companies will fight this tooth and nail. this video covers what one would face.

my recommendation is to make sure you have an attorney who specializes with lyme cases, a generic disability claim firm may mangle things.
