Doxy and Stomach pain

I took doxy with food...and didn't have issues with stomach pain and/or peeing.


Doxy on it's own can push the spirochetes into cyst form. That's why Tindy or Flagyl is pulsed with it.

Doxy isn't the only 'thing' that can cause cysts. Any treatment that 'threatens' the bacteria can do that.

Binder ??
It was stomach discomfort it was I thought my appendix burst or something like that kinda pain. As I stated I had my gallbladder at that time and it was not working well so that may have been the pain....or the gallbladder was working well and the Doxy with no buster clogged it up and caused the pain.

gallbladder removed, elevated ANA, thyroid issues, skipped beats and palpitations, mild pots vis tilt table, elevated GGT even though I haven't drank in over 4 years. ALT & AST elevate and go back to normal, C4a over 9000 back to normal now, prostate and urinary issues, ocd & anxiety like a mofo, ringing in ears, blurred vision. Every time I work out or do strenuous work elevated CPK 3000 to 6000
I have seen a couple LLMD the last being Dr. J in DC. I have his protocol now.

Yup - that's a solid Lyme diagnosis.

I suggest binders w/ GI pain because it's tough to know what is causing the pain. For me, it was bacterial and other opportunistic hooligans, which disrupted basic mechanics and caused low acid production by the pancreas, which interfered even more with digestion and motility.

Binders did a very good job at getting things moving again, also dragged pathogens out that weren't supposed to be there so I achieved better flora balance. And helped mechanics return to normal. This took time but the binders helped tremendously.

I developed severe bacterial overgrowth in the upper GI and stomach, which caused several IBS, chron's, and several other typical gastro disturbance type symptoms. I had such severe GI pain that I ended up in ER on Christmas Eve a few yrs ago. They ran their typical tests and thought I had a gall stone--wanted to have the on-call surgeon come in at 3am and open me up, root around a bit and yank it out! I laughed (after they'd administered the pain killers, of course).

It took my LLMD and I two years to realize that the gastro attacks were brought on by an herb I was taking for bart. So the other thing that helped my GI distress was addressing my bart-like infection or BLO infection w/ abx. I can't explain why the herb brought on the attacks but the abx didn't. I take lots of other herbs.

It helps bind to toxins in your GI with a binder. The binder grabs onto them and removes them as the binder is "digested" out of the body. I find that the binders can also help remove pathogens that aren't supposed to be there (like bacteria and yeast/fungal overgrowth), food that you might be reacting to.

I've also found that binders help remove toxins in the GI that affect anything going on in my head - the gut-brain connection (blood vessels actually connected between GI and brain) can allow toxins in the GI to affect brain function.

There are a few great OTC products that you can use:

activated charcoal
bentonite clay
psyllium husk (might not start with this one)
citrus fiber
cholestyramine

It's most beneficial to take a binder after your antimicrobial although not essential. I like taking it last in the day before bed time. You want to make sure keep good time buffers before and after your binders since they will drag everything out:
- wait 1 hr after you've ingested anything orally or via IV before taking a binder (2 hrs if you have slow motility or are dehydrated)
- wait 2 hrs after you've taken a binder to resume consuming anything (3 hrs if you have slow motility or are dehydrated).
