Hello everyone,
Just want to suggest that even though we are struggling every day with not only the symptoms of this disease, but the social, economic, anxiety/blues that can come along with it......Take time to take a deep breath... and remember to enjoy the simple pleasures in life that can bring us just a moment of joy or awe.

I usually rise early in the morning its dark, well, its just beginning to be dawn and I look out into my back hay field and I am blessed and I mean really fortunate to see not one, not two.. but 3 magnificent bucks(deer), a doe, and her triplets, who are frolicking around having a playful moment. There is also another doe , possibly a yearling.

Life goes on and the beauty of the world is still out there. Take a moment to enjoy life's simplest things.... and I hope it brings a moment of great joy into your heart.

Great words, thank you. Our central ac died last night and any encouraging words are helpful!

All we have for nature in my yard is a big June bug and some storm clouds this morning!

Thnx jo it was nice to see these words of wisdom and kindness this morning. I am also surrounded by hayfields and watch the deer daily. I also have my bird feeder and like to throw a few pieces of bread and some blueberries around it. As I sit here watching them and sipping a bit of coffee, I can get out of my head and problems for a while. As I just typed that my Maggie (Newfoundland) just discovered the bread lol Oh well, first come first served 😀

Jo, we went swimming yesterday and saw a coyote. He ran along side the car as we drove the dirt roads to our lake. It was so beautiful to see. Of course, neither of us had a camera.

Here is a pic of some baby ground squirrels that I caught the other day.

I woke up this morning (and past couple of mornings) to doves 'cooing'.

It was bittersweet for me. Brought me back to 2013 when I first got symptoms....and my son's girlfriend was living with us. That was the first time we had the doves in our trees. She is a bird lover and told me that it was doves.
Sadness because it reminded me of how long I've been ill, but happiness just remembering the time I shared with this young lady.

Its funny how different moments make us remember a certain feeling or time.

Thank you for the reminder to breathe it all in. Despite my frustrating day yesterday, I awoke this morning grateful for another opportunity to enjoy the beauty that's life.
