Fatigue only symptom left

Does anyone have suggestions? Fatigue is my only remaining symptom. I have been treating to adrenal fatigue for over a year and nothing is helping...all my other symptoms are gone.

That is really good that you are down to one symptom!!! You are so close, you will figure this out.

Something just needs a bit of tweaking.

When you say your treating for adrenal fatigue...are you currently using herbals?

Agree w/ the others - you've made major progress!

Rebalancing and recalibrating the HPA axis (hypothalmus, pituitary--guides the thyroid, and adrenals) can be very complicated for some of us - I'm one of those people.

So, I'd just continue looking for information online and specialists who can help you find the right way to measure your adrenal function and supplement for it. I'm still searching but also doing better.

Fatigue has been profoundly disruptive in my treatment and I have been able to trace it to a high viral load. I've always had trouble with EBV from a teenager but had no idea that it was probably underpinning every other illness I've had and is what challenges my immune system more than anything. When I started tx my LLMD tested me for all the main viruses and I had high titers for 4-5 of them. Before we plunged into Lyme & co tx we got those titers down - the natural antivirals did nothing at first so we went straight to a few different Rx and I finally landed on the best one for me and I finally had a major breakthrough.

Throughout tx I have tried going off antiviral Rx and transitioning onto herbal antivirals and haven't been able to do it so I'm still on Rx. Every now-and-then I try going off them and the sx come back - PRIMARILY fatigue.

So - long story short - look into a viral load. ;)

If you use Rx you need to be sure to support your liver (milk thistle seed, burbur). Also, here are some antiviral herbs to try:
Lysine
Olive leaf
Oil of oregano
Licorice
Houttuynia
Ginger
Chinese Skullcap
Astragalus
(there are many other herbs that have anti-viral properties)
Provocation Neutralization
