Hey guys-

What's a good starting dose of cbd oil? I got a hemp derived blend that is 5mg per 10 drops. It definitely is making me more relaxed initially but what doses are people using antimicrobially?

This probably won't be helpful for, but this has been my experience with this stuff. I was using a hemp CBD that had 4 mg per 15 drops 1x day. No relief, went to 2x day, then full dropper 1x day, then 2x day. Zero relief. Then I tried one that was 25mg per 15 drops. Rinse and repeat the above all the way to 2x day. When I finish this bottle, I won't be wasting my money again. Way too expensive to be taking so much multiple times a day. I hope it works for you!

I tried the CBD oil as well - I don't know what the dosage was. It was in a concentrated paste form - came in a syringe and I took the size of 1 grain of rice twice daily. (started at lower dose) - and didn't feel anything.

...oh except it burned my throat somewhat.

I'm thinking the cbd/marijuana blend may be better.

...or I've seen a topical cbd oil - that maybe would work for my nerve pain.

Some people do get good results. I have read testimonies of people with chronic lyme - nothing has worked for them for years and the cbd oil gave them their lives back.

Yeah I mean so far it's helping. The blend with thc may be more powerful for those of you who have gotten no relief from the cbd blend alone. Everyone is different so who knows. I'd much rather be using this for pain and anxiety than benzos and sleep meds I hate them.

I would love to try a blend with thc in it, but not sure how to go about getting it.

In the U.S. I think to get any products with THC - it has to be in a State that has legalized marijuana.
I'm Canadian, so I'm not sure - other than Colarado.

Can you get marijuana products in the other States with a card from your Dr.?


I have thought about trying the CBD oil topically for my nerve pain.
