I'm sorry that no one else came around to offer recommendations. Well, RedEyedArab mirrored what I said, which is appreciated, but I expected another member to come along to provide more than I did.
I'm not able to be around as much, for one reason or another, so I'm not sure how the activity of our veteran members is.
Maybe it's just as simple as that, though? I mean, to me, it is. I've been at this for a few years now, I've used multiple different antimicrobial tinctures (as opposed to tinctures meant for supportive purposes).
It's the same thing, every time. You've got a set of tinctures. Start low and slow.
I'd start at 1 drop a day, increasing daily, until I felt something of a response.
Then, go from there.
Again, try introducing tincture #2 at 10 drops of #1, so as not to spend months titrating up.
Of course, if you're herxing badly, don't keep increasing. I just think some people really baby themselves when it comes to increasing. To each their own.
When I was doing Cowden's, I know that it went Banderol, Samento, Cumanda. Crypto-Plus is from a different protocol. I'm assuming you got prescribed it for suspected Babs or BLO? It's probably broad spectrum, too.
Unless I were REALLY hurting with the herxes, I'd probably throw the Crypto in second, so as to get to treating coinfections ASAP. Though, I'm not really an expert. I kinda just scrape by.
I'm better than I was, at least. Maybe, I'll be moderately healthy, someday?
Just keep plugging away.
