Girlie not sure where you saw that, but seems pretty backwards to place that on your website, but then verbally AND in writing to the customer say that you do. And in fact, now that I'm remembering my email correspondence with them, I told them that I didn't see any refund policies on their website which is why I was inquiring. But like I said, out of my hands now.....

It is odd that they would verbally and in writing tell you otherwise.
The email saying they do take returns should over-ride what the website says..I would think?
