Test results...any help appreciated

my appointment isnt until monday, but i feel like an anxiety ridden mess right now. any help would be wonderful understandng my results. i know that i have lyme already, but my LLMD just ran a ton of tests to figure out where we go with treatments. I thought for years it was MS, but just the nasty little bugger LYME. grrrr.

Rocky mountain spotted fever igm- low positive

Immunoglobulin M 269 mg (normal 35-263)

what are these ones: Chlamydia Pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumonia
