Hey guys! My doctor ordered the adrenocortex stress profile from Genova to see if cortisol is interfering with sleep.
For the test to be accurate, you have to wake up and get up between 6-8a.m.
I have a lot of pain, grogginess and symptoms when I wake up, but especially when I wake up in the a.m.
It's kind of embarrassing but I have extreme difficulty waking up in the morning. Today I got up at 8:40a.m. So I know I can do it at 8a.m. (One of these days.) I could definitely use some advice though.
What things do you do to get up when you feel awful
opening your eyes? Thanks!
