Racing/pounding heart, yawning that makes my insides quiver, chest tightness, hands and feet get sweaty, general feeling of unease, knot in stomach, muscle tightening/clinching my teeth. I don't worry or think something bad is happening, not sure what triggers them. They suck. Having it right now, that's why i'm on the net at this hour when i should be sleeping. Woke me up. The worst symptom IMO. I can deal with physical pain much better. The more i think about
it the worse it gets. They happen more often lately and last for hours. What do you do or take for yours? I tell myself it's just anxiety but it doesn't make it any better. Whenever they happen i get on here and read to try and take my mind off of it. Gasping for air during one sounds terrible.
