I constantly feel dehydrated despite drinking (what I think) is plenty of liquids.
Today:
2 glasses (16oz) spring water = 32oz
1 16 lemon water juice (it's clean, no sugar, organic). I split it in half - half water, half lemon drink = 16oz of water
1 mug of Yogi detox tea
1 mug of bone broth
With 3 times per days pills I drink: Approx 1 liter of water = 32oz
Not counting the tea and bone broth, I'm getting at least 80 ounces of just water per day. That's more than the recommended amount. Granted, I do have a latte in the AM and because I can't cook, we order vegetable soup for dinner - which is on the salty side. I have a salad for lunch (sometimes with chicken) and eggs, bacon, avocado, GF toast for breakfast. Everything I eat is currently take out, but it's all organic and made fresh. Free range, the whole nine yards.
Anyway, why am I still dehydrated?? My skin feels dry all the time.
