Yes, I try to take everything about 30 min apart, which means I'm doing something every half our except from 1-4 or something like that. It's insane and not possible some days.
But I don't sweat it - stressing out about it would eliminate the benefit of taking the doses!
I have alarms set on my phone and sometimes they are effective, sometimes not. And... I give myself permission to blow everything off every now and then and have a "free day".

Wow! Really? That's intense. I'm sure it makes everything more effective. I just pile everything in at the same time. I just assume my body knows what to do with it all.
