Anyone ever have a bad ozone herx?

What kind of ozone machine do you have and how are you doing it?

I think I may want to try this therapy and buy my own ozone machine.

This is ironic ... On Monday, I had my first ozone MAH - they took 250cc of blood, ozonated it and put it back via IV

Yesterday and today I feel like hell ... but the 3 lymph nodes or other lumps that have been nagging me for 3 years feel smoother now than ever ...

Ozone does a lot more than just kill microbes ( which it does very well ) ... It restores integrity to red blood cells and it will activate immune responses ...

My feeling is that ozone is very potent in that it effects so many biological processes - very beneficial, but I think that because so much can happen from one treatment, it should be given a chance ...

I will try to get thru one per week, and after 4-6 weeks, see if I can do more

Reba, aside from the sleep, are you feeling any better ?

I'm gaining weight that I lost back, and sleeping well...other than that I feel worse. I think I did too much. I feel a bit better today and yesterday than the first three days after, but still recovering from this herx.

And two weeks before I had the MAH, I got an ozone injection directly into the area of pain over my jaw hinge / near my ear - it took me 10 days to recover from that, then I have the 250cc taken and ozonated ...

I do believe that it is very beneficial, and what we are feeling is a massive detox/herx type reaction ...

Yup. I've found the sauna helps me feel better a lot more now after getting the ozone than before. Not sure what that means but it's happening

Tano- I've heard from a woman who runs an ozone group on Facebook that DIV is more effective than MAH. Maybe it's just her opinion but she definitely knows more than I do about the subject.

I have now had both ... The injection was hard-core - it took 2 weeks to come around again, but I felt pretty good ..... The MAH was exactly one week ago, and while I had an OK weekend, today has been the worst day so far .... The pain is unbearable - but it is impossible to describe how I feel some clearing or changes happening underneath it all ...

If what I am feeling is a detox / herx / immune wake-up call, I honestly cannot think of anything "more effective"

Yes DIV or direct IV I believe is injection with a syringe. This woman got better at a Lyme clinic where they did something like 32 DIV ozone treatments (2x daily for 16 days out of the month she was there). The group is called "ozone for wellness" if you're on fb and interested in joining to see what other's are experiencing with it.

When I had the injection - it was actually 4 injections ... One in the jaw, one in the side of the neck, one over the parotid gland on my cheek and one in the thigh ... I also had bee venom injected that day

I cannot imagine doing that everyday -- unless what I am feeling is not a herx or detox, but a pissing off of the bacteria

Bringing this topic back up... how are you all doing now after a couple years since these ozone experiences?

I still check in from time to time. Haven't tried ozone skyking but if you are thinking about it I would suggest ten-pass if your veins can tolerate it.

There's a blog on Facebook called "Cyprus or bust- Sharon Frances" you can check out. You don't need to go to Cyprus to have it done though it is more affordable to have it done there.

I have had bad herx from ozone-ten pass several times a week and I could hardly walk. To my way of thinking a herx is welcome news-it means its doing something or killing something. I actually kind of celebrate this. The last thing I want to do is to take something that doesn't nothing to help. Now I also back off when the herx gets to much-I simply take or do a little less but I don't quit.
