more results...more panicking Chiari deformity? scattered foci?

any help would be appreciated. My neuro wanted to check for other diseases, like MS, and ordered an MRI and lumbar puncture. here are my MRI results:

"1. Scattered tiny foci of signal abnormality in the bilateral cerebral white matter, predominantly subcortical in location.
2. Low-lying cerebellar tonsils with pointed configuration, resulting in crowding at the craniocervical junction. Findings are in keeping with a Chiari I deformity. No hydrocephalus. No syrinx in the visualized upper cervical cord.

There are scattered tiny foci of T2/FLAIR hyperintensity in the bilateral cerebral white matter, predominantly within the subcortical white matter, nonspecific. These are best appreciated on the sagittal FLAIR images (e.g. images 6-8, 11, and 22, series 8).

None of the lesions demonstrate associated diffusion restriction or contrast enhancement. No infratentorial lesions are identified.

No evidence of acute ischemia, intracranial hemorrhage, extra-axial collection, mass effect, or midline shift.

Several tonsils are low-lying, terminating 7-8 mm beneath the foramen magnum with slightly pointed configuration and resulting in mild crowding at the craniocervical junction, in keeping with a Chiari I deformity. No syrinx in the partially visualized
upper cervical cord.

Ventricles and sulci are normal as to size, shape, and configuration. Basal cisterns are patent.
Major intracranial flow voids appear patent. No definite abnormality in the orbits. Scattered mild mucosal thickening in the paranasal sinuses. Mastoid air cells are clear."

WHAT IS GOING ON?! lol. don't you just want to scream that at times. I am on abx for lyme right now, hrxing pretty bad. Now this, not sure if maybe the chiari is causing some of my really bad neuro symptoms also, or maybe its all correlated. Thank you for any help you can offer.

I am 30. This all started around 4 years ago. My Lyme doctor is treating me for babesia, lyme, mycoplasma and c. pnuemonaie right now. I feel like everything is going wrong. my last MRI was likely 3-4 years ago and this never came up until now. originally I had nonspecific white matter changes in the frontal and right parietal, but there is quite a few new items in this one. I am kind of an emotional mess today. I just need a little break from it all. She mentioned seeing a neurosurgeon. eek.
