Has anyone ever tried LDN and what was your results? Is this something you work your way up with and then take forever?
I have a friend who said it was a game changer for them and their fatigue disappeared, but I am skeptical and would like to hear more opinions.
I just cannot shake this fatigue and brain fog/lightheaded feeling I constantly have, so if there are any recommendations for that, let me know.

I took it for about
9 months, starting at 3.5mg to 4 to 4.5 (or something like that). My records suggested I did see improvement overall during that period, though I was also on other things including eradicating MARCoNS, so it's hard to determine cause and effect. I think it was a positive experience and improve my health.

I've been on it for a month. Still fatigued, still have headaches almost every day, still have joint aches and general stiffness. Still have twitchiness. Not sure it's doing much.

I'm just starting this. It's only been 3 days at 1 mg/day, so nothing to report yet (positive or negative.) I hope this works, I'm waiting for a game changer, lol!

I took it for about
2 1/2 months. At first I thought it helped with muscle aches, but I've now stopped as it gave me bad dreams and a lot of night awakenings and ultimately wasn't helping. Started with 1.5mg, then 3, then 4.5.

I started recently with 1.5mg a day, now 2mg a day. A little less pain most of the time, I guess I have to further increase a dose. I have also a side effect in form of very long and colorfull dreams, nice thing

I took it for a few months - this was before I was diagnosed and had read about
it for pain.
I started low ( 1.5 mg I think?) and went up to 4.5 mg.
It didn't help me.
In fact when I took it, I started having pain wake me up at night...that was one of the reasons why I stopped.
