I am not positive where he is located but he is famous for his work with Lyme disease and lives in Washington. He is well worth the time traveled, my neighbor flies in from Utah to see him. Hopefully that helps.
You are very smart to not listen to your ignorant neurologist, doctors are not educated towards Lyme disease so you will go in circles forever following them. You must see only LLMDs. My Elisa was negative as well which because I was ignorant, I thought Lyme couldn't be the problem. 1.5 yrs later my husband just happened to catch a billboard along the freeway that said boldly "Lyme is HERE!" And it listed half my symptoms. We called a local Lyme alliance and they suggested a LLMD and bam, I find out I DO have Lyme after all.
