I miss breakfast. Can't even eat fruit anymore because of Candida.
Oatmeal with ground nuts.
Eggs if I have the energy, but sometimes they make me feel sick.
Gluten free toast (though I'm really trying to back off the carbs.)
Ideally leftovers from dinner- no sugar. But I've lost all appetite for vegetables lately.
Basically didn't eat breakfast this morning and almost threw up.
I'm in a food rut.
