Antibiotics / probiotics / binders schedule?

It is possible to make it all work, but it can be overwhelming at first but just takes planning for sure.

I would think it depends on your own schedule and the times you awake and go to bed.

You just need to take the binders 2 hours away from ingesting anything else.

Probiotics taken either at bedtime or 1 to 1 1/2 hrs after ABX and/or herbals.

I have been taking the probiotics at bedtime so they have time to work and it just is easier for my schedule.

I only do binders every few days.

Here is a mock schedule for someone taking antibiotics twice daily before meals:


7:00 a.m. antibiotics
8:00 a.m. (or sooner) breakfast

10:00 a.m. Binder

12:00 lunch and probiotics

5:00 p.m. antibiotics
6:00 (or sooner) Dinner

8:00 Binder

10:00 Probiotics


There are two options in this schedule to take your binder: morning or evening - take your choice.

There's also an option to take probiotics twice daily. If only taking once - I suggest the evening (with this schedule) - so they are in your system longer before the next dose of abx.
