What could this rash be?

I'm currently taking Buhner's lyme protocol and so far it has eleminated all my bad symptoms like muscle twitching, numbness in left arm.

However I do still get cold knees, slight joint pain and sometimes I can get hot for no reason.

This rash itches and if I scratch it, it'll appear other places where my fingers have been...

Is is still Lyme or sign of a co-infection?

Do the rashes go away or are they getting bigger? Does it hurt when you shower? Since it seems that if you touch it and then touch another area and it ends up there you may have a skin fungal infection. Especially if it seems like it is sticking around. With us getting hot and clammy so much we are more prone to getting things like athletes foot which that very same fungus can go anywhere. Same fungus that can goes anywhere moist. Especially if you scratch it. Try some fungal cream like Lamisil and see if that does the trick. If it is something like that then it may take awhile to go away. I have had to do that and what worked even better was just plain old coconut oil. I keep a jar around at all times. It will melt very quickly in your hand and goes a very long way.

It looks like hives, it is very red for a while but then tones down to the actual red dot

It just appeared again, it doesn't hurt at all but rather fees like a mosquito bite.

I would be surprised if it came from stress but the timing might be right, I went through some personal trauma yesterday.

Chris-I'd look into Histamine reaction. If you are on FB, Better Health Guy posts articles about it. It's something I've dealt with. If you are not on FB you can google histamine reaction and Lyme. Taking an otc anti histamine daily has helped. Not completely alleviated but helped.
